Eddy and Danielle's Wedding

Today God gave Eddy and Danielle a beautiful day for their wedding here in Michigan. It was very well attended and family came from literally all over the U.S. Here are a few video clips.

Kristin and David's Wedding

The Lord gave us a wonderful day Saturday. Kristin and David were married at 2:00pm at Faith Baptist in Greenville. David's dad and I officiated. There were over 250 present to share the moment. We are grateful for God's blessing on them as they take this important step in their lives.

David was a church music major with a trumpet principal. You will notice the sound of a nice brass ensemble that he was able to put together with friends and family!

Surprise Birthday cake

The seminary students and faculty had a surprise birthday cake for me today after chapel. Brazilians love an excuse to have cake, and these cakes were delicious! They also always clap when they sing "happy birthday."

The Piano arrived!

The Lord provided funds for a grand piano for Jan's music ministry through many generous friends in the U.S. She enjoyed each minute of its arrival, assembly and then getting to sit and play it!

Children's Bible Club

Saturday we had our first Bible Club at Victory Baptist. We were pleased to have over 20 children present. Of course, some children were from our church, but a good number came from the neighborhood as a result of the seminarians visits.

Easter Sunday

We had a sunrise service at Igreja Batista Vitoria (Victory Baptist) and then breakfast. Our people really enjoyed the time of fellowship. In the evening service the adult and children's choirs presented special numbers.
